Ceiling, electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, tiling and carpentry plans for every trade.

4. Renovation and project management

Our own renovation team builds it, and our project manager sequences the trades and checks each stage against the drawings.

5. Handover

The finished house is checked against the design before it is handed over to you.

What affects the cost of a bungalow interior design and renovation?

The built-up size, the scope (interior only, or structural changes and facade as well), the amount of custom carpentry, the materials and finishes, and the condition of the existing house. We work out the budget with you while the design develops.

Can you redesign an older bungalow?

Yes. Many of our projects are full renovations of existing houses: new layouts, extensions, kitchens, bathrooms and facades.
