Deseo Creativo is a renovation contractor in Klang, Selangor, for bungalows, semi-Ds and other landed homes. Our own renovation team builds what our designers draw, from piling and extensions to ceilings, wiring, plumbing, tiling, carpentry and painting, so you deal with one company for design, construction and handover. Why a landed-home renovation needs one team

A full renovation of a bungalow or semi-D usually involves 8 to 15 different kinds of work. When each trade is hired separately, the homeowner becomes the coordinator: deciding the order of works, passing drawings between contractors and settling who fixes what. With design and build, one team plans the sequence, so the plumber finishes before the tiler and the carpenter builds to the same drawings the designer approved.

4. Construction and supervision

Our project manager sequences the trades and checks each completed work against the drawings.

5. Handover

The finished house is checked against the design before it is handed over to you.
