Deseo Creativo is a one-stop interior design and renovation company based in Klang, Selangor. We design the interiors and exterior facades of bungalows, semi-Ds and other landed homes across the Klang Valley, then build them with our own renovation team, so one team takes your home from the first layout to handover. A landed home needs more planning than a condominium: more rooms, higher ceilings, staircases and double-volume spaces, wet and dry kitchens, outdoor areas and a facade that sets the tone for the whole house. Most of our projects are bungalows and semi-Ds in Setia Eco Park, Eco Sanctuary, Bandar Botanik, Setia Alam, Kota Kemuning and Shah Alam, from new houses to the full renovation of older homes.

How the design stage works

1. Understanding how you live

We start with a structured interview about your daily routine, your family, storage, cooking and entertaining, and study the strengths and weaknesses of your existing floor plan.

2. Space planning

The layout plan shows where furniture, storage and walkways go, so every room is used fully and follows your habits.

3. Design concept and 3D drawings

We agree the design direction with you, whether modern luxury, contemporary, minimalist or classic, and present it as 3D colour perspective drawings. It is like seeing a photo of your new home before construction begins.

4. Technical drawings for the renovation

Before work starts, our designers prepare the plans each trade needs: ceiling layout and sections, electrical wiring, plumbing, air-conditioning, tiling, masonry and carpentry. Clear drawings let the renovation team build exactly what was designed.

5. Exterior facade design

When the outside is upgraded too, we design the facade, porch, gate and boundary wall in the same style as the interior, so the house reads as one design.

Why design and build with one team

Because the same company designs and builds, the drawings are made with construction in mind, costs are reviewed while the design is still on paper, and you have one point of contact when questions come up on site. Our renovation and construction team and project management carry the design through to handover.

Do you only design, or can you also build?

Both. We are a design and build company: our designers prepare the design and drawings, our own renovation team carries out the works, and our project manager coordinates them.

What affects the cost of interior design for a landed home?

Mainly the size and type of house, the scope of work (interior only, or structural changes and facade as well), the amount of custom carpentry, and the materials and finishes you choose. We work out the budget with you while the design develops.
