2. Layout and 3D design

3. Approvals and drawings

Structural changes and extensions usually need council approval, for example MBDK in Klang or MBSA in Shah Alam; we agree with you in writing who handles it. Technical drawings are prepared for every trade.

4. Renovation

Our own renovation team builds it, coordinated by our project manager.

5. Handover

The finished house is checked against the design before it is handed over.
